RETURNS

All returns must be made within Seven (7) days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email customer service at online@jewelzindia.in to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and ensure the RMA number is marked on the package.

We offer pickup services for returns. Please contact us to schedule a pickup from your location. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24 business hours.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used during the purchase and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.
